SUMMER PROGRAMME OF EVIDENCE-GATHERING PUBLIC MEETINGS
The Committee of Inquiry held eighteen open community meetings over the summer of 2007 throughout the Highlands and Islands, as detailed below. The flipcharts prepared by participants at these meetings provide a formal output and record of the meetings, and these are being made available on this website (work in progress). The flipcharts, together with the conversations and discussions of Committee Members participating in the meetings, are a key element of the Committee's evidence base.

This will enable you to see the views of the people who attended each meeting, we have also provided transcripts of the pages, if you find it difficult to decipher the writing.
