The Committee of Inquiry on Crofting issued a Call for Evidence in June 2007, with a deadline for the submission of comments of 31 July that year. By the time of closure we had received in excess of individual reposnses. The Committee would like to thank all those who took the time to prepare and send in their responses to this call.
The evidence submitted was collated and analysed. Copies of the evidence and a report on their analysis have been posted on this website under the heading of "Reports and Evidence".
The Call for Evidence was issued in both English and in Gaelic and is also available here as a basic Word document.
